What Chris Says:

Cycling, more specifically hill climbing, is my real passion so my personal gym focus is fitness maintenance through the winter months and supplementation during warmer months when the roads are more inviting!

The gym is a crucial part of any cyclists training regime be it a hard interval session in RPM , core stability and muscular endurance in body pump, or pure muscular strength workout with free-weights.

It is very important to me that participants in my classes are given the chance to maximise their workout opportunity, and my role is simply to encourage you to push yourself right to the limit of (or beyond) your comfort zone.
